  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
